A graduate of Columbia University’s Psychological Counseling program, I have had the opportunity to gain experiences with multiple treatment orientations. I have successfully treated people with Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Traumas, Phobias, Grief and Loss, and Divorce Recovery.  I have a special heart for working with marital issues, relational struggles, enhancing communication skills, strengthening self-images and self-esteem, and balancing life in career and family.

 

My approach is interactive and collaborative. I am both bilingual and bicultural fluent in English and Korean. I am also a trauma focused EMDR therapist. As a result, I am well qualified to work with those struggling with acculturation and major life transitions. I am a Christian counselor, but non-Christians are most definitely welcome. Counseling via Google Meet or Zoom is also available.
